You may wonder sometimes, how does a service come together on a Sunday. Well, there are many different aspects to the service that often go overlooked. These things all need hands to make them work. So, if you feel a call on your heart to serve at Solid Ground, then take a look below to see which area you would like to get involved.

Host Team

Volunteers who serve on the Solid Ground Host Team are generally the first people whom our guests come into contact with at our Sunday meetings. They will greet people when they arrive, help our guests find seats, work at our Info Desk, serve communion and make coffee.

Kids Church

Volunteers who serve in our Preschool ministry (3-5 years) get the opportunity to shepherd and care for our little ones during the weekend services through singing, dancing and teaching the truth of God’s Word. They check in kids, lead activities and provide general care for the children.

Pre-School

Volunteers who serve in Solid Ground's Preschool ministry (3-5 years) get the opportunity to shepherd and care for our little ones during the weekend services through activities like singing, dancing and teaching the truth of God’s Word. They check in kids, lead activities and provide general care for the children.

Production Team

The Production team volunteers keep things running smoothly during our weekend services and at events so that our attendees have a great experience meeting with the Lord and the church. They run the camera, lighting and sound booth during services and project songwords and videos for services.

Worship Team

Volunteers on our Worship team use their gifts and abilities to minister to the church through the expression of worship to the Lord through music. They lead worship at our weekend services and sing or play an instrument in the worship band.

Ground Café

Volunteers at Ground Café will be trained in the art of making a great cappuccino, to serve our guests with these and a variety of eats available for their enjoyment after our Sunday meetings.
